Frazier & Griffin Visit Services provides professional supervised visitation and neutral exchange services for families involved in family court matters.
We understand that court involvement can be stressful for both parents and children. Our goal is to provide a safe, neutral, and supportive environment where parents and children can spend meaningful time together while following the requirements of an applicable parenting plan or court order.
Our supervised visitation services are designed to keep the well-being, emotional comfort, and safety of the child at the center of each visit. Parents are supported in creating positive interactions, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and focusing on their relationship with their children.
What Family Court Supervised Visitation Includes
Family Court Supervised Visitation may be appropriate when supervised visitation or neutral exchanges are needed as part of a family court matter. Services may include:
A Child-Centered Approach
During supervised visits, parents are encouraged to focus on their child's needs and relationship with them—providing attention, affection, encouragement, age-appropriate activities, and support. Parents are expected to avoid discussing court proceedings or family conflict with their children, speaking negatively about other family members, or placing children in the middle of adult issues.
Our role is not to take sides. We provide a neutral, structured setting and help maintain an environment where children can experience safe and meaningful time with their parent.
Getting Started
Before visitation begins, each participating parent or party completes an individual intake appointment with Frazier & Griffin Visit Services. This allows us to understand the family's circumstances, review applicable court orders and safety considerations, and establish the appropriate visitation arrangements.
If a court order is in place, visitation is scheduled according to its requirements. When there is no applicable court order specifying the frequency or duration of visits, the participating parties must mutually agree to those arrangements before FGVS coordinates the schedule.
Private-pay services are paid directly by the participating parent or responsible party according to the FGVS fee schedule.
Our Promise
We know that supervised visitation is about more than supervision. It's about creating an opportunity for connection.
At Frazier & Griffin Visit Services, we strive to provide every family with professionalism, compassion, consistency, and respect—while keeping children at the heart of the process.
